Hokkaido Pollock Surimi Production in April Fell 65% to 179 Tons, the Lowest in Recent Years
The production of land-based surimi in Hokkaido in April, which the National Surimi Manufacturers Association announced, decreased sharply for Alaska pollock and Atka mackerel and remained sluggish overall, reported Suisan Keizai Shimbun.
