Plant-Based Salmon Company Rebrands, Gearing Up for U.S. Launch
Plantish, the company behind a plant-based salmon product, has rebranded to Oshi. The new branding was described as a “significant milestone” as it preps for a U.S. product launch later this year.
To date, Oshi has raised $14.5 million in funding, including Unovis, which backed other companies in the plant-based arena like Beyond Meat and Oatly. The firm also has backing from Michelin chefs, cookbook author Adeena Sussman, and content creator Nuseir Yassin from Nas Daily.
