Snowfox Group Acquired by Japanese Foodservice Giant
The Snowfox Group, a Japanese company operating sushi kiosks in retailers, has been acquired by Japanese foodservice firm Zensho Holdings for $621 million.
“A combination of Zensho and Snowfox's capabilities represent a highly complementary proposition,” The Snowfox Group wrote in a press release. “Snowfox's diversified international offering will support Zensho's ambitions outside of its home market of Japan.”
