Norwegian Directorate of Health Recommends Eating More Seafood
Norwegians are being encouraged to eat more seafood by the Directorate of Health.
An update on dietary advice was presented by the Directorate of Health earlier this month, and while it’s similar to the old dietary guidelines, the Norwegian Seafood Council says that the advice continues to “advance” the position of seafood.
The following dietary advice regarding seafood is listed on the Directorate of Health website:
“Choose fish and seafood for dinner two to three times a week and preferably as a side dish...
