Modern Market Eatery Adds Verlasso’s Sustainable Salmon to their Menu

Modern Market, an eatery franchise that started in Colorado in 2009, has added conscientiously farmed Atlantic salmon from Verlasso to their menu.
The farm fresh eatery was created to bring high quality food to the community while supporting “localized, sustainable, diverse supplier networks.” Their menu has fresh salads, toasted sandwiches, brick oven pizza and “homestyle plates,” which offers customers a protein with two scratch-made sides.
