Norwegian Government Rejects Marine Harvest's Cargo Ship Fish Farm Concept

In June 2016 Atlantic salmon producer Marine Harvest sent an application to the Norwegian government seeking to turn an old cargo ship into a salmon farm. Now, almost two years later, the Norwegian Fisheries Directorate has rejected their application for licenses.
