NOAA Establishes New Voluntary Right Whale Speed Restriction Zone South of Nantucket
NOAA has established a voluntary vessel speed restriction zone (Dynamic Management Area or DMA) 21 nautical miles south of Nantucket, Massachusetts, following the sighting of fourth North Atlantic right whales in the area.
