Glacier Fish Founder Erik Breivik Dies in Seattle
Erik Breivik, one of the pioneers of the Alaska groundfish industry, has died in Seattle. Breivik was born in Norway in 1941, and was a fishermen all his life. In the late 1970's he and his partner John Song brought over a vessel they named the Royal Sea, which began fishing in Alaska in 1980.
