JAPAN: Marine Products Demand Down 70%, And Industry Organizations Demanded Support
At the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Fisheries Joint Board of Directors, fisheries groups such as JF-ZENGYOREN (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperative Associations), and Japan Fisheries Association, strongly requested support for damages attributed to the new coronavirus pandemic, according to Suisan Keizai Shimbun.
