Pair of U.S. Squid Fisheries Obtain MSC Certification

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) announced longfin squid (loligo) and Northern shortfin squid caught by Seafreeze Limited and Sea Fresh USA off the east coast has achieved MSC certification.
The MSC said the certification puts the US as a global leader of certified squid production as the only two MSC-certified fisheries operate in U.S. Atlantic waters.
