New Zealand King Salmon Co. expanded its U.S. offerings through its latest retail line of wood-roasted salmon. The Regal Wood Roasted King Salmon line boasts ready-to-eat roasted King salmon fillets.
The fillets come in four flavors including Wood Roasted New Zealand Beech and Double Manuka – roasted with Manuka wood and glazed with New Zealand's famed Manuka honey. The other flavors are Wood Roasted Mixed Pepper & Spices and Wood Roasted Sweet Chili and Lime.
