Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council Cancels Meeting Ahead of Hurricanes
First the coronavirus, now hurricanes. The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council canceled the Aug. 24-28 Council meeting due to developing hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico, the Council said in a press release over the weekend.
The Question and Answer session scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 26, also is canceled.
