Maine Lobster Cooperative to Receive $1 Million After Arbitration; CEO Firing Upheld
Maine fishing cooperative Lobster 207 said an arbitrator ruled in its favor against claims brought against former CEO Warren Pettegrow. The decision will see the co-op receive $1.02 million.
The decision will now allow a current federal lawsuit against Pettegrow, his parents, owners of a lobster pound, will continue to trial.
