New York Fish Dealers Plead Guilty to Conspiracy in Scheme to Buy Illegal Fish from Local Fishermen
A pair of New York fish dealers Bryan Gosman and Asa Gosman have pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy for their role in a scheme to purchase illegally harvested summer flounder and black sea bass from a local fisherman on November 18.
Bob Gosman Co., a company which Bryan and Asa Gosman partially own, a federally-licensed fish dealer located in Montauk, NY, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor Lacey Act Fish Trafficking.
