New Zealand Fishing Company, Captain Found Guilty of Breaking International Harvesting Rules
New Zealand fishing company Amaltal Fishing Co. Ltd. along with the master of F/V Amaltal Apollo have been found guilty of 14 charges of breaching the conditions of a high seas fishing permit.
Amaltal Fishing is a subsidiary of Talley’s Group Limited, the owners of the vessel. According to a release from New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) Charles Shuttleworth was the vessel master.
