USTR Reinstates China Tariff Exclusions for Multiple Seafood Products
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced it will reinstate previously granted product exclusions from the China Section 301 Investigation.
The USTR said it determined that of 549 products it assessed, 352 of them would be eligible for exclusions, including all of the seafood products it considered.
The reinstated product exclusions will apply as of October 12, 2021, and extend through December 31, 2022.
