Prices of Large Shrimp Rising in China, Though Small Ones Struggling
During this mid-May, large shrimp prices have raised in China compared with the previous week. In Rudong, for example, those weighing about 30 shrimp/jin (1 jin=0.5 kilo) are priced at 29 yuan/jin with an increase of 2 yuan/jin, according to Fishfirst. And similar-sized ones are sold at 32 yuan/jin in some places of Guangxi and around 30 yuan/jin in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region.
