District Court Hears Lawsuit Challenging NOAA’s Red Grouper Quota in Gulf of Mexico
The Gulf Coast Seafood Alliance (GCSA) shared that a District Court in Washington D.C. heard a lawsuit that challenges the reallocation of red grouper quota in the Gulf of Mexico.
The GCSA explained that the suit, filed by the Gulf of Mexico Reef Fish Shareholders’ Alliance, Southern Offshore Fishing Association, and A.P.
