Grieg Seafood Puts $75 Million Offshore Salmon Project On Hold
Grieg Seafood has decided to halt another salmon farming project in Norway as the company continues to adjust operations due to uncertainty surrounding the proposed tax set to impact fish farming companies.
The project involves the company’s Blu Farm concept which included the construction of an offshore farm in Rogaland, which was set to cost NOK 750 million (US$75 million).
