Japan: December Surimi Production in Hokkaido Halved to 970 Tons
According to a member report compiled by the National Surimi Association, Hokkaido's frozen surimi production volume in December 2022 was 967 tons, down 48% from the same month of the previous year. It was the fourth straight month of decline.
