NTSB Releases Report on Sinking of F/V Carol Jean
Earlier this year a commercial fishing vessel called the Carol Jean sank off the coast of Tybee Island, Georgia. Now, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released their report on what caused the vessel to sink.
