RODA Argues Appeal In Vineyard Wind Lawsuit Days After Blade Failure Off Nantucket
On Thursday the Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (RODA) made its oral arguments before the First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in its Vineyard Wind lawsuit against the Department of the Interior (DOI) and other federal agencies.
RODA, a membership-based coalition of fishing industry associations and fishing companies, filed its initial lawsuit against the DOI in 2022.
