Testing Finds Another Shrimp Festival Selling Imported Product as Wild-Caught Gulf Shrimp
After headlines swirled earlier this month about imported shrimp being sold at the Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival instead of local wild-caught shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico, another festival in the Gulf region has followed suit, according to testing results from SEAD (Seafood Development) Consulting.
