Record Survival Rates for Scottish Farmed Salmon Drive Export and Domestic Sales Growth
Salmon Scotland, a body representing the Scottish farmed salmon sector, said survival rates of farm-raised salmon in the country have hit record highs.
The increased survival rates follow a significant technological investment from producers.
