Ocean Harvesters has called on the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission’s Atlantic Menhaden Management Board to delay new purse seine restrictions in the Chesapeake Bay until the Plan Development Team rigorously tests the “gauntlet” theory underpinning the proposed addendum.
