21 State Attorneys General Sue Two Federal Agencies Over Endangered Species Act Rollback
The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) are targets of lawsuits brought by a coalition of states’ Attorneys General, co-led by AG Nick Brown of Washington state.
