The California-based restaurant chain announced on Tuesday that they have formed a partnership with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program to serve seafood that is rated as “Best Choice,” “Good Alternative,” or eco-certified by an organization that Seafood Watch defers to.
