Russia Sets 20-Year Record for Pollock Consumption
Russia set a 20-year record for pollock consumption in 2024 thanks to a significant increase in the volume of supplies to the domestic market.
According to the Russian Pollock Association (ADM), last year, the per capita consumption amounted to 4 kg per person, ending the existing Soviet image of pollock among Russian customers.
