ASC Consumer Survey 2026: Sustainability Interest Grows as ASC Holds Lead as Most Recognized Label
Global seafood consumption is rebounding and consumer interest in sustainability is climbing, according to new research from the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), which also found its own certification label maintaining its position as the most recognized and trusted farmed seafood label among the schemes tested.
