Norwegian Salmon Whole Fish Market Trending Higher Following Algae Bloom
As reported in late May, an algae bloom in Norway killed an estimated 8 million salmon at fish farms, wiping out more than half of this year's expected sales growth. Salmon prices were down last week due to an increase in harvesting volume, however, the Norwegian whole fish market is now trending higher on all size.
