ANALYSIS: Canadian Snow Crab Market Extremely Firm Since End of October
As we reported back in October, Canadian snow crab market has been firming through late summer and fall on all size. However, over this past week and a half, the market has been extremely firm. Since the end of October 8-ounce and 10-ounce crab has adjusted over $0.30 higher while 5-8s trended $0.15 higher.
