Markey (D-MA) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), alongside Representatives William Keating (MA-09) and Seth Moulton (MA-06) pushed for the release of federal guidance on how fishery participants can access the $300 million included in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
