New Lawsuit Says Interior Department Failed to Put a Stop to Totoaba Fishing in Mexico
On Thursday the Center for Biological Diversity and the Animal Welfare Institute (AWI) filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Interior, claiming that they failed to respond to a 2014 petition filed pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act.
