First Red Sea Bream Aquaculture Improvement Project (AIP) in Japan Launched
Two red sea bream farms owned by Urata Suisan in Kumamoto Prefecture are hoping to be the first in Japan to achieve Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certification next year.
Joined by Seafood Legacy Co., Ltd. and Kumamoto Seawater Culture Fisheries Cooperative, the three companies announced the launch of their Aquaculture Improvement Project (AIP) today for ed sea bream (madai).
