Japan: January-July Surimi Product Export up 20% to 6249 Tons
According to the Ministry of Finance's trade statistics, the cumulative export volume of surimi products such as kamaboko (excluding fish sausage) from January to July 2021 increased by 21% from the same period of the previous year to 6249 tons.
