On Friday, June 16 the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit released their opinion on the lawsuit filed by the Maine Lobstermen's Association (MLA) against the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). And in a welcomed surprise, the court ruled overwhelmingly in the favor of MLA.
