Emergent Cold Latin America, one of the largest cold chain companies in the Latin American region, has acquired Hook Chile, a company with strong ties to the Chilean salmon industry.
Hook Chile operates a pair of facilities, including a warehouse with roughly 10,500 pallet capacity in San Antionio, Chile.
