Lund’s Fisheries Sustainability Director Appointed to Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission
The Garden State Seafood Association announced that the Senate confirmed Jeff Kaelin, Director of Sustainability and Government Relations for Lund's Fisheries, as Governor Phil Murphy's proxy to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC).
This appointment is a historic feat for the commercial fishing industry in New Jersey as it marks the first time in almost 20 years that commercial fishermen in the state have had a representative on the ASMFC.
