An Explanation of Canada’s Quarantine Exemptions for Temporary Foreign Workers and Truckers
New measures are being put in place everyday to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Just last week Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced travel restrictions, putting a stop to non-essential travel. Then, this week, the country invoked the Quarantine Act, which requires all international travelers crossing the border to self-isolate for 14 days.
