Russia Ready to Increase Pollock Catch During Next Fishing Season
The crisis with the supplies of Russian fish to the Chinese market, which threatened to suspend the catch in the Sea of Okhotsk and was associated with hundreds of millions in losses for the fishermen of Primorye, is gradually being resolved.
Currently, the South Korean Busan seaport remains the main transshipment point for Russian pollock, however the Chinese Dalian seaport is ready to resume its operations in the short-term.
