NL Snow Crab Drama Continues With Talks Of Plant Worker Strikes
It wouldn’t be Canadian snow crab season if there wasn’t drama in Newfoundland and Labrador. This year the standoff over pricing only lasted a week before harvesters and processors were able to come to an agreement to start the season. But now there are issues on the plant worker side, with the Fish, Food & Allied Workers (FFAW) Union threatening to take a strike vote.
