China Section 301: USTR Issues Update on Alaskan Sole, Crab Products
On Friday the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced a further extension of certain exclusions in the Section 301 Investigation of China’s Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation. The decision came just days before the exclusions were scheduled to expire on May 31, 2024.
