Russia and Caspian Countries Consider Extending Ban on Commercial Sturgeon Fishing in Caspian Sea
Russia and the other countries bordering the Caspian Sea will consider an extension of the commercial ban on sturgeon fishing in the world's largest inland body of water, which lies before Europe and Asia.
This has been recently confirmed by Ilya Shestakov, head of Rosrybolovstvo, at the XI Nevsky International Ecological Congress in St. Petersburg.
