Germany Becomes Innovation Hub for Modern Fish Farming
Germany imports around 90% of the seafood it consumes and produces relatively little through aquaculture, making it an important innovation hub for modern fish farming, according to a recent Hatch Blue report. Furthermore, the report predicts that Germany’s aquaculture future will be driven less by domestic production and more by exporting its technology, engineering and expertise worldwide.
