Alaska Fisherman Medevaced From Fishing Vessel Near Cordova

The Coast Guard has confirmed that a 51-year-old male was medevaced Saturday from the fishing vessel Devotion 34 miles southwest of Cordova, Alaska.
The medevaced man reportedly sustained a head injury and subsequently fell. Crew members alerted the Coast Guard, who after consulting with a duty flight surgeon, recommended that the man be medevaced.
