September Land-based Pollock Surimi Production in Hokkaido Continues to Lag
According to a report in the Suisan Keizai Shimbun, the National Surimi Industry Association announced on October 25 that the production of land-based surimi in Hokkaido in September, including pollock and Atka mackerel surimi, had slightly recovered from this year's lowest in the previous month.
