Saudi, Turkish, and Pakistani military chiefs are set to meet in Saudi Arabia as Riyadh faces renewed Houthi attacks and seeks support under the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement. The talks coincide with US–Iran negotiations in New York over a phased deal linking Iran’s reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to US economic relief.
