ISA Detected at Grieg Seafood Site in Norway
Infectious salmon anemia (ISA) was detected at a fish farming site of Grieg Seafood in the Hjelmeland municipality in Rogaland county, Norway, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet) announced on June 29.
The Authority noted that anyone who travels through the impacted area or carries out any activities related to fish farming has to “show the necessary care so that the spread of any disease is avoided.”
