Chum Salmon Found Spawning in North Slope Rivers in Higher Numbers, Alaska Researchers Find
Last month a team of researchers from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, found about 100 spawning chum salmon in the Anaktuvuk and Itkillik rivers, tributaries to the Colville River, which drains into the Arctic Ocean.
