Oregon Commission Will Decide Southern Resident Orcas Listing Friday
The plight of the Oregon Southern resident killer whales is no longer just a federal problem or a Washington issue. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife staff are recommending the whales be listed under the Oregon Endangered Species Act as well.
